During the doctoral studies of Dr. Patricia Oehlschläger and Dr. Carsten Stork on the topics “Future of Negotiations” and “Organizational Negotiation Management” and the publication of articles in renowned scientific journals, it repeatedly became clear to them that many valuable scientific findings are not easily transferable to the everyday negotiation routine of practitioners and are thus difficult to apply. Due to their many years of experience in consulting and supervising negotiation projects for large DAX corporations as well as SMEs and their practical experience in a wide variety of business divisions and industries, the founders know the everyday life and specific challenges of negotiation practitioners very well.
For this reason, they founded Aura Negotiation Consulting as a consulting company and negotiation think tank for the transfer between the science and practice of negotiations. With their specially developed Aura Concept, they combine their scientific expertise with practical experience and transfer important negotiation insights from a wide range of research areas in a clear and user-friendly way. With their passion and unique expertise they enable negotiators and companies to achieve better negotiation results on a continuous basis and professionalize negotiation activities.
